Cheating doesn't benefit UT. As in the above article, they report people who are asking for money, because in a level playing field UT gets all the recruits. Worst thing they will find is a booster bought some players some drinks or something small like that. As people say "Mack Brown doesn't recruit, he selects."
Stoops is another guy who runs a clean program.

I will be one to say it, Every school cheats. Florida cheats, UT cheats, OU cheats, Bama, AU, Oregon ect. The difference is how much and how bad. Schools like Bama, FSU and Miami take things to another level. Hell Oregon has to build a teenagers playground and have a gimmick offense along with uniforms to get kids to go there plus paying "recruiters" for recruits.
