Mariokart 64 came out when I was about 5 or 6 years old and to this day is my favourite video game ever. I remember my parents let me play my video games one hour each Saturday or Sunday and would not let me play them Monday to Friday until I was about ten or so. I was also allowed an hour of TV each day. But that was fine, I spent most of my time playing with dinky cars or lego, doing math (yes I always liked math
), or outside playing catch or passing around a soccer ball with my dad.
