CT is a sh*tshow at the best of times.
Try a wrecker yard... depending on the year of your truck, you might get lucky.
Also, call around to some used tire shops in town and see what they've got. If you're looking for them for winter, that's my best advice.
If you're just looking for new rims (maybe you have a newer truck) then buy some snazzy ones online!
