I find it amusing that Spence is still beating their "you may hate our ads, but you'll love our store" drum. I guess they really do believe that annoying advertising = good for business.
Their advertising budget seems to be about 10,000x that of any other jeweler. They have 30 second or 1 minute ads on almost every radio station. Him and his gold digger sidekick blathering on with that stupid "I'm reading a book to a three year old" voice.
