Not quite tawanee7 crazy, but still a head scratcher from an #OccupyCalgary supporter on twitter.

Apparently Cory wasn't attempting or expressing a message with this stunt. Thus he's not protected by the charter...

I'm honestly baffled by this position that somehow the Occupy Calgary camp is protected as free expression by the charter, but Cory's stunt is not.

Both actions are pubic actions that are open to judgement form the public, both are in violation of city bylaws.

As the public we have the opportunity to agree or disagree with both. Yet somehow Cory's isn't a valid form of expression.

Somebody help me here?
