I spoke to me wife about this, she is a nurse at another MediCenter location. She says to contact the head office about this. http://www.medicentres.com/Contact%20Us.html

She is not sure what would have gone on here but she also says they have foreign trained doctors as aides in the clinics who are permitted to do stitches.
