Do some homework on election financing and reporting, THEN come back with your thoughts, and some support.
Start with Bill C-34 that passed in 2003. You know that $1.75 / annum / vote that people talk about? That makes up a large portion of party financing now. Strict limits were also put on corporations and individual contributions. In fact, read the whole damn Elections Act regarding financing before you put fingers to keyboard again.
And guess what? As part of the CPC platform, they want to put further limits on donations.
