8th Street is probably a lot easier to improve too. All it really needs is some better lighting and some art work to brighten it up. The road is in good condition and the sidewalks are relatively wide.
The Macleod Trail ones are a total disaster that need to be reworked from the ground up, which won't be easy or cheap.
