The comments that were listed in the Sun article were the owner Chris Dobson’s (whose own grandfather served for our country) actions, not his position on the matter. As soon as the radio ad was brought to his attention via email by Ryan Preston it was pulled off the air.
Remembrance Day is a very important day to all of us and we are grateful for everything soldiers (past and present) have done for our country. We have nothing but the utmost respect for those who choose to serve. We never meant to offend or hurt anybody in any way. Please accept our sincere apology to current soldiers, veterans, their families, and anybody who was offended. This is not indicative of whom we are as a company and we take this matter very seriously.
