The best way to get the city to act is to go to fish creek, or bowness, or some random elementary school, and start camping. One media call and interview asking the person what they are doing, spreading the occupy movement? 'no, now that camping is allowed in public parks I decided to enjoy it'
The city is not going to want to be mocked. Although not Likely to find someone with time to waist camping in a public park in November (thats not already doing it)
