I forgot to add to this thread that I got a ride in a Tesla Roadster Sunday.
WOW.
I've never felt acceleration like that. So instant! It's totally like riding in a super-powered golf cart. The throttle goes down, and instant peak power. It's amazing! A very, very cool vehicle.
