Ozzy is dumb.
Yup, lets give it to the brainy nerd who has absolutely no reason to support his tribe at all, and who now is pretty much guaranteed to get to the merger even if his tribe loses the next challenge because he can play the idol.

Meanshile Ozzy can worm in on redemption Island as much as he wants, but even if he wins, there's no way that Coach gives up his element of control by allowing Ozzy into a voting alliance with that tribe.

If Cochrane gets through the merge there's no way that he doesn't approach the other tribe as the swing vote especially if its tied at 6 apiece.

To me, suddenly it looks like Cochrance doesn't need to win all that many individual immunities to get to the final three if he plays things smart and shifts his loyalties after the merge.

In fact to gain further control if his tribe loses the next challenge if there isn't a merge, he should just state that he's playing the idol to get it out of the game and ensure his spot.

If Ozzy does return to a merged tribe and asks Cochrane to give back the Idol, Cochrane should just laugh in his face and ask him why he should be loyal when the tribe has been really disloyal to him.

On the other hand as I mentioned before, since the redemption island challenges aren't really physical Ozzy's advantage is neutralized and he could very well lose, and angry chick becomes a major player when she re-enters the game.
