My speed is great downstairs (where the router is - 21 Mbps), but as soon as I go upstairs it drops pretty significantly. Yesterday it was fine (~15 Mbps upstairs) but today it's down around 2 or 3 Mbps, not good enough for streaming through Apple TV.

Any tips to improve speed around the house?
