According to OpenFile Calgary we'll get a look at the whole bridge by the second week of November:

The unfinished Peace Bridge will be unveiled to the public in the second week in November when crews move it out of its storage shed to span the Bow River, over top of the temporary bridge that is currently in place. Once it is in place, work will begin to install lights and handrails
