I was going to go for a Crucial HD, as those are as solid as they come right now. However, it was twice the price as my OCZ. I know it is way faster, but my machine is more for work, and playing videos.
I just upgraded my OCZ to 2.15 firmware and the sleep BSOD issue is gone. I'll have to test further to make sure it is fully gone. However, I paid $120 for 120GB, so price was so right.
Bottom line, if you have the budget, get a Crucial, or even Kingston (my SSDNow in my laptop has never BSOD). However, if they really did fix the issues, then hands down my OCZ Solid is excellent entry/mid-range SSD value.

I haven't heard of the Intel drives having these kinds of issues either, although I haven't researched it extensively enough to know for sure.
