If you keep getting the letters then, call your post office and complain. Your carrier is responsible for knowing who has moved and they should be able to keep that stuff out of your box once you've informed them that the person doesn't live there anymore.

Note the part where I said the stamp should read "RETURN TO SENDER: NO SUCH ADDRESSEE."
