NYNY or MGM Grand. The rooms in NYNY is a bit small, but i still liked the room. MGM Grand is nicer, and actually has the best bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. They just began renovations this last week, don't know what that means to people staying there though. They'll be remodeling all of their rooms, and the casino floor by the end of 2012.
Better pools at MGM compared to the pool at NYNY. Although you should be able to get some really good pricing at NYNY.
I think Trop just went through room renos too, but I had a friend who stayed there this last spring and she said she wouldn't stay there again, but I can't remember her reasons why.
I can't tell you a thing about Monte Carlo.
