While I am totally frustrated right now, and not happy with the officiating, I have no ill will toward fans like you. I know you're a Cards fan and happy for guys like you.
Realistically, I had game 1 a write-off as I'd bet on Carpenter over Wilson just about every time. It's the rest of the St. Louis pitching staff I hope to hit, and hit hard.
Whatever the outcome, here's to a great series (although you guys won in 2006, it's only fair if we finally pick up a win
