I have a similar injury, mine is 'blamed' on several herniated discs in my neck. Not a major deal, just something to be aware of. If it does not subside, go get an MRI. Not much point, they are reluctant to repair unless it is really bad.

I have some tingling and numbness in both hands, but more so in my left. It has minimized and gone away and returned. At one point I could barely feel a good portion of my right forearm.
