When did the NFL change the rule about having both feet down? You used to be able to have one foot down twice and that count as two feet down.
Theoretically, you could have a player catch a ball in the middle of the field, hop on one foot for dozens of yards down the field and through the back of the end zone, and it would be called an incomplete pass?
