Everything works, all the time, and any apps, are approved by Apple, to make sure they comply wity the device. Both times I got warrantied phones, was because I broke them with carelessness, and both times, Apple turned a blind eye.

It is also a weird way of thinking, but I like the lack of selection with iPhone. There is one device, just with different storage capacities, so it takes the confusion out of what to buy, and keeps the resale field level, and the learning curve consant when you buy a new one... as it just simply evolves, instead of being reinvented every time. At the end of the day, no 2 are alike anyway, once the end user installs all of his apps anyway.
