Holding the "3" and "2" keys during boot will boot OSX into 32-bit kernel mode.

This is exceptionally useful for the kernel panics a lot of the 2011 MBPs often get with USB iPhone tethering (which is hilarious, btw).

One of the cool things about OSX is that 64-bit apps can still run in 64-bit mode when the kernel is in 32-bit mode.
