What kind of stuff is working right now? I dunno, I would assume that the Apple engineers would've anticipated that the jailbreak community would attempt to break Siri from 4S and since the language processing is done on Apple's server they could easily deny access to non 4S devices similar to how the game servers can deny connections that doesn't have valid game key.
