The only advice I could give you is this:
Tip the driver in ADVANCE, at the START of the night. You'll get all the little extras then. Things like driving a bit longer, taking the more scenic routes, look the other way when you bring alcohol into the limo, etc, etc.
I've booked with A-Class several times. Never been disappointed.
