Jammies brought up a point in the "occupy calgary" thread about the reserve system being "aparteid-like." I don't really disagree, but would be interested to hear what others think could replace it. There are some legal issues with respect to treaties and what not, but I'd still be interested in hearing ideas that could work, even theoretically.
