My friend's mom is an elementary school teacher. She has a kid, can't remember his name, but his parents spell it with periods between the letters, such as S.t.e.v.e. They get mad at her for not making their son spell his name with the 'dots' as they put it. Brutal.

I'm a little confused. It's a girl? I don't think Jayden is overly masculine, feminine or unique to the point anybody is going to get beat up over it. If I tell you I think it's more commonly a girl's name would you like it again?
