I say the Dolphins are the team to beat in the Luck sweepstakes.
Truly terrible offence and they are in a division with 3 competitive teams (assuming the Bills are for real).
Drafting Luck would be fantastic for the Dolphins though. That team has been looking for a quarterback for a looong time.
