I'm not sure how much longer we're going to wait for pool A to finish. I may just end up flipping coins to determine the winners of the remaining games. Let's say I'll give you guys until Thursday night, so we can start the elimination bracket on the weekend (unless you guys can schedual for the weekend).
For said bracket, I'll set it up on Challonge. In order to cross seeds, I'll set up pool A with 1,3,5,7 seeds, and pool B with 2,4,6,8 (1v8, 2v7, 3v6, 4v5). It'll be double elim, as well as placing matches for 7th and 5th I believe.

Instead of flipping a coin, let the person who's available to play take the win if his opponent is unavailable. That way we don't have someone who is unavailable moving onto the next round.
