If I were 22 I'd be thinking of working up there. And, as long as you can stay off the meth, you'll be able to save a ton of cash as there isn't a lot to do with your money. How many $50,000 pickups do you need at that age.

Yeah, the problem is what it'll cost you to live up there though.
I've got a buddy who just moved up there, and he's paying $2000/month for a basement suite. Granted the company he works for is picking up most of that cost, but I don't think that's the case for most folks.
Sure if you can live cheap in camp, and you make $125 k you can do pretty good, but if you've got to pay your own way, you're not as far ahead as you think.
That being said, even if you are spending $25k a year on rent, you can still save up quite a bit if you're making $125k/year.
