Important things to know:
- Viewing of the Sales Centre is on a first come first serve basis. Sorry no appointments are available.
- To ensure that you receive the level of service you deserve, viewing of the sales centre must be accompanied by a friendly Battistella representative.
- In the event that all the sales associates are busy we will put your name on a waiting list to maintain your priority sequence until the next representative is available.
- We require a $5000 deposit to purchase a unit, with a 10% deposit (less $5000) on or within 10 days from purchasing. Please bring a personal cheque with you, as without one we will not be able to hold a unit.
