Did you hook up the modem before calling or after making contact with them? I don't want to unhook my other one and get this one all setup and then call and sit on hold forever with no Internet in the house. Odd story. It tells you to hook it up, then call them to activate it. I did that but tested it while on hold and everything worked and was quite fast. About 5 seconds later the CSR came on so I figured I'd go through the process. After he "set it up" for me it didn't seem to work very well and the speed dropped off quickly.

Big pain so far. Good speeds on my computers but my devices don't seem to be much faster (still getting about 3mbps on my iPhone and iPad). They've finally connected to the network but now my airplay speakers won't connect to the network and my AppleTV won't keep a connection to the iTunes in my basement. I'm going to try and run it through my old router which never gave me these problems and see how that goes.
