I'm looking forward to getting one to upgrade my 3GS. I'm a little worried Siri isn't coming to Canada. I realize many think it's a gimmick but I love how it works currently (and it's pretty sad and underwhelming at the moment). It will be great for driving as it only takes a single button press and then gets out of the way. I would love to be able to get information like weather, directions, unit conversion etc. without unlocking the phone.
