I'm of the thinking that people get into politics because they have a hidden agenda. There's a reason they crave power. They want to implement policies that benefit them, and spin doctor it into a claim that it benefits everyone. Frankly I don't trust anyone in the political game anymore. Yes I think Harper has things he wants to do that I don't like. But I also think Martin and Leyton are just as guilty of the same thing. At least in the debate Harper admitted that when you're trying to win an election you can't appeal to everyone, and that you develop a platform to get you votes and after that you look to work with the other parties. Still I think a Conservative minority government will only result in us being at the polls again in another 6 to 9 months. I really don't care who wins, I just want someone to get a majority so there can be some stability in this country. I'm sick of elections.
