About 15 years ago, the Kensington Pub (north side of Kensington Rd, about 11/12 St NW...is it still there?) had an insane chef, with access to "pure cap oil". The same crap as others have said (about the waivers and all that jazz)...I did 18 wings out of the two dozen that me and two buddies had ordered.
We had the entire kitchen staff gathered around with that "holy ######" look on their faces...
nobody before had persisted past a half a dozen.
The
day after (once I sobered up
) was no fun at all...
