I moved out at age 18. I attended "UNI" while living at home for a semester, but wasn't really focused. I joined the Marines, saw the country (sadly, never left the States), and have never lived back with my parents for any significant amount of time.

I'll likely be one of those parents that boots the kids out shortly after high school unless they're attending UNI here in town. Damn leeches...
