Actually, now that I dig a bit deeper, it seems that your name is not included OR excluded by any legislation that I can find. As so... you may have a small leg to stand on with this from the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA):
5 (3) An organization may collect, use or disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider are appropriate in the circumstances.
So I suppose that your arguement would have to be that it is unreasonable for the Condo Board to disclose to the public, by way of publishing it on the tenant list, your name (which may or may not be considered 'personal information').
Sticky issue I think, but I'm sure that if enough of you object, they will probably back down.
