However they all got the axe during the massive layoffs and I've yet to hear any of them defend Shaw since. They don't really bad mouth it per say, but they don't seem to have anything nice to say about it now.

But yeah, seems like Shaw has really gone sideways over the last year.
From what i sum up on that site. Shaw has gone downhill, constantly lies to their staff and encourages staff to lie to customers just to get the sale, doesnt care about their staff, no values, no integrity, gave the good higher paying staff the pink slip just to cut costs and the owners get more $ cause theyre greedy $%$#%^, clueless really young managers who are kids, the morale is unbearably low, the office is toxic, no leadership from management, super high turnover rate, outdated and crappy phone equipment, its a sweatshop. Ya thats more than enough to steer me away from any company. Cant stand companies with shotty management, been there, done that, will never do it again.

Also from what i was told, Shaw is going through a local temp agency right now in hopes of hiring 100 new CSRs. From what the temp agency told me, 3 from last week got fired already lol and 4 didnt even bother showing. Wanna bet those 4 people read and heard all the negativity about how the place has down the crapper at the last min?
