Nenshi has already gone to city departments and asked them to find inefficiencies so tax increases could be kept to a minimum. Comparing the province to the city is like comparing apples to oranges. Different sources of revenue with different challenges.
Sure, reduce property taxes, but realize that the result would be less services.
