No you're the weirdest guy because you seem to think that people who notice what other people are doing are somehow abnormal. Seriously, where do you look when you're sitting at a restaurant? I mean I've had some really good dinner companions that have held my attention, but even then I tend to look around on occasion, and before I started killing my eyes with the internets I would have easily noticed something like a diabetic needle at the next table.
