I was not aware of that. What I am concerned about is national teams becoming teams of ex-pat mercenaries. How do you develop your national program, when it is full of imports?
I am not talking about ethnicity - it is a citizenship issue. Is 36 months enough time? Is there not a slippery slope?
Imagine Canada bringing in 10 Brazilians to play soccer for us. How does that advance our program?
