Apparently these are the recommended specs for max everything:

MAX/VERY HIGH/ULTRA SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
OS: WINDOWS 7 64-BIT
PROCESSOR: SIX-CORE CPU
MEMORY: 4 GB
HARD DRIVE: 20 GB
GRAPHICS CARD: DIRECTX 11 COMPATIBLE WITH 1536 MB RAM (NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 580 SLI OR ATI RADEON 6950 CROSSFIRE)
SOUND CARD: DIRECTX COMPATIBLE
KEYBOARD AND MOUSE
DVD ROM DRIVE

I don't know... a 6 core CPU? Really? 580 SLI? Apparently a single 6950 will only get you to medium settings. I can't think of any game that has recommended settings even close to this.

Edit: IGN has a bit: http://pc.ign.com/articles/119/1195696p1.html but it doesn't show max recommendations. I don't understand how consoles keep up with inferior technology and I can barely hold up after I upgraded a month ago. Well, I understand that the console versions are scaled down in almost every way.. but still...
