I have been at 50 with no problems, but can't say about 100.

If another person has the same problem, then it is outside of your control. Depending on the area/building there are many factors that could contribute to a reduced speed. Could be your buildings wiring, an oversaturated node or some a SNR issue.

Tell Shaw to reduce your plan to 50 (or even 25) unless they can fix it, would be my suggestion.
