As for the leading with the shoulder, he certainly drives his shoulder through the hit but the clip clearly shows helmet to helmet contact. He doesn't lead full on with the helmet, but the contact is there. Deny it if you want, but you're quite obviously being willfully ignorant of what is shown.

At first contact the strap comes loose, the helmet manufacture needs to find someway to stop that from happening. Unless they start slide tackling like in soccer, football players will always lead with their heads to tackle someone.
