And where exactly in that clip do you see his headgear not strapped down? The part where the collision breaks the strap loose from the helmet? How does a tighter strap change that exactly? Have you worn that style of chinstrap? Do you have any idea how it's supposed to fit?
As for the leading with the shoulder, he certainly drives his shoulder through the hit but the clip clearly shows helmet to helmet contact. He doesn't lead full on with the helmet, but the contact is there. Deny it if you want, but you're quite obviously being willfully ignorant of what is shown.
