We're not talking about 5 year old kids (and older). No way a 2 or even a 3 year baby is going to understand and enjoy the game while sitting on Mommy or Daddy's lap? Its a case of the parents being too cheap to pay a babysitter, and so inconsiderate of the people sitting around them that they're willing to bring an over-tired baby or toddler to a late game.
