Yeah so it looks like my range has only dropped down a couple of pounds. I'm sitting between 163 and 166 for the most part, but my body fat % is down to around 14% (not entirely sure where it started but I can tell my face is a bit thinner and my stomach feels firmer). My resting heart rate is somewhere between 55-60 bpm. Feeling much healthier as a whole and I have a lot more energy throughout the day. Wouldn't mind getting my body fat in the 8-12% range but I realize that can be pretty tricky.
