. I never thought to call my provider. They've been useless. Reset some stuff over the phone. Have to murder someone to get a tech to come out and we've already had a tech out once to fix some stuff but it didn't really help. He installed an ethernet switch and re-installed our old modem, which seemed odd to me. So now we have 2 networks in the house. Also ran cat5 to the main box and that hasn't changed a thing. This was about a month ago.
I've been advised to talk to retentions but if it gets that far it'll be to cancel.
