I want to take cooking classes too. I was thinking of going to SAIT, but I haven't looked into anything yet. I want to learn Italian, Southern US, Greek styles of cooking.

For those who went to what ever class, how much did it cost?

Also, are these classes all couples classes? I just want to go by myself.
