I'm not good at limiting it to one, so I might not be a good person to ask.
I ordered one of each case of
this catalogue from a wine club that I've been part of for a couple years. That catalogue speaks to when each wine is drinkable. Even though most of the dates start at about 2014 or 2015, they will still be rather young and that would be about the time to open the first bottle.
