Sure. Obviously, not if you store it your kitchen in a sunny spot.

I don't know where you are, but if you are in/going through the Okanagan, pop into a winery and buy a nice "fresh" wine from 2010. Everyone has their favourites but I would recommend a higher end Burrowing Owl or Summerhill. If you are in Calgary, go to the Willow Park liquor store and chat with the "wine guy" - very knowledgeable - and explain what you are looking for.
